We can’t get enough of this short (but epic) video of a hike on the Cape to Cape Track by Australia.com’s Jesse Desjardins. Voted one of the Top Ten Multi-Day Walks in Australia by Australian Geographic, the track meanders along 135km of divine beaches, karri and marri forest and rocky outcrops, all accompanied by spectacular views.

An incredible track in our own backyard
Jesse, Tourism Australia’s Global Manager of Social & Content based in Sydney, is quickly becoming an addict of the Cape to Cape Track, making the journey over to our beautiful corner of WA whenever he can. We asked him why he enjoys it so much:
“It’s incredible that this is in our own backyard. This is second time I’ve done the walk. The first time I did the entire track on my own, sleeping on the beach or at the many campsites along the way. It was quite the experience. This time I did it with a mate which was equally as good. Every morning, every stretch of the track and every sunset was always very different. I’m already looking forward to the next trip.”
